Parents and Caregivers Economic Empowerment

We provide programs that offer skill building , small business training and connecting them with employment and social protection

Our Key Focus

KAYA Foundation aims to strengthen the economic stability of caregivers by equipping them with practical business skills, seed capital, and access to community savings groups so they can start small income-generating activities while continuing to care for their children.

The program connects financial support with other essential services—healthcare, social support, and education—and pushes for policies that reduce the systemic barriers women face, creating an environment where caregivers can participate in economic life with dignity and independence.

Our Impact

We helped over 100 women who were once struggling to provide for their families, are now running small businesses that generate steady income.

The program has not only improved livelihoods but also restored confidence — proving that when women are given the right tools and support, they create lasting change for themselves and their children.

Together, we can change lives of children and caregivers

Join us in giving children with disabilities and their families the opportunities they deserve — to learn, work, and live with dignity.
