KAYA Foundation had a meeting with Teachers, parents and caregivers of children living with disability discussing on challenges facing during school enrollment especially to children living with disability, whereby one of the biggest challenge facing is lack of friendly environment such as infrastructures like inclusive classrooms as well as transportation from home to school. KAYA Foundation welcomes partners to collaborate together in promoting Inclusion in the society.

KAYA Foundation is forming part of BRAVE MOVEMENT TANZANIA aiming at Ending Childhood Sexual Violence ,we provide education to all private and public schools, advocating in ending childhood sexual violence so as all children can full fill their dreams and reach their potential.

KAYA Foundation is working with group of caregivers through training them on economic activities and financial literacy, whereby all caregivers can be able to create an economic activity and manage their income, so as to manage day to day activities of the family.

Jamii Salama Initiative is an Umbrella which involves about 20 NGO where by its aiming at fighting against Gender Based Violence in the society especially to vulnerable children, young girls and women.

KAYA Foundation in collaboration with University of Dar-es-salaam Legal Aid Clinic together with OVAH Tanzania under Jamii Salama Initiative we performed a legal aid clinic at Bunju Ward in Dar es salaam where by people from the said area had an opportunity to receive free legal aid support where by most of them were solved and other where referred for further solutions. Special Thanks to University of Dar es salaam Legal Aid Clinic and Jamii Salama Initiative.

KAYA Foundation we are honored to be a member of JAMII SALAMA INITIATIVE (JSI) where we are advocating on gender based violence issues and sexual harassment especially to school girls and women at public spaces such as Schools, markets ,Inside public transport and such places where by there is overcrowding of people. Jamii Salama Initiative is a coalition which involves more than ten organizations Non Profitable which plays a vital role in raising awareness of gender based violence as well sexual harassment in public places, we are honored to form part of the team, where by we say No to Gender Based Violence and Sexual Harassment.

As part of our dedication we manage to distribute wheel chair to children living with disability many gratitude to French Embassy to Tanzania as well as CHEMCHEM Foundation.
