Inclusion and Social Well Being

We work with families to create safe and supportive home environments, guide caregivers—especially mothers—on how to manage essential needs, and ensure girls with disabilities receive proper hygiene and sanitation support.

We also help children access healthcare, therapy, and play opportunities that strengthen their development. By reducing stigma through community engagement, we encourage families and neighbors to treat every child with dignity.

Education and Developmental Needs

We help families understand their responsibility to enroll children with disabilities in school and raise awareness about their legal right to education.

KAYA Foundation supports parents with school requirements, including assistive devices and essential learning materials, and guides those whose children require home-based learning under the 2024 Home School Policy.

We work closely with teachers and school leadership to ensure each child’s condition is understood and accommodated, while addressing challenges such as stigma or denial of admission.

Child Protection

We make sure children with disabilities are protected from harm, especially those who face higher risks due to mobility challenges, albinism, blindness, or multiple disabilities.

KAYA Foundation raises awareness on the unique vulnerabilities these children face and helps caregivers create safe, protective home environments.

Through our Home Visit Program, we monitor their wellbeing, support families in preventing abuse or neglect, and advocate for every child’s right to grow up in a safe, loving, and secure family setting.

Together, we can change lives of children and caregivers

Join us in giving children with disabilities and their families the opportunities they deserve — to learn, work, and live with dignity.
